Procedure to file a Complaint

Step 1.) Email through registered email Id to designated complaint email id: [email protected]

Step 2.) In email kindly mentioned few details related to your complaint

  1. Client Id or Code
  2. Department where you want to complaint
  3. Brief detail of your complaint
  4. Attach supporting document

Step 3.) Complaint status will be providing to you on your registered email within 24 hours against your complaint.

Step 4.) You can check your complaint status after 24 hours on your registered email id.

Step 5.) If you not satisfy with resolution provided by concern department you can escalate complaint to higher authority.
